The Fund Database of ScienceNet.cn is a useful platform with information about over 560,000 research projects that NSFC has funded since 1986. These research projects can be found and analysed by searching the Fund Database. The information includes abstracts that describe the research, and names of principal investigators and their institutions. The platform provides analysis by rerearch areas, host institutions, funding programs, award amounts, etc. The database includes both completed and in-process research.

The Online Lecture Hall of ScienceNet.cn is a live streaming and video on demand platform with professional live broadcasting rooms and video producing services. The platform provides services of video producing of academic lectures, expert interviews, live broadcasting of conference activities, promotional videos, etc.
6. Robot ‘Xiaoke’
Robot ‘Xiaoke’ channel in ScienceNet was officially launched on August 1, 2019. This channel is a science news AI platform – a performance venu for Xiaoke. Xiaoke is a scientific news writing robot developed by China Science Daily and a scientific research team from Peking University, aiming to help scientists quickly obtain the latest scientific research progress published by internationally well-recognized English journals in Chinese. All scientific news in this channel is independently written by Xiaoke and then is reviewed, edited and supplemented with further information by academic professionals and editors from China Science Daily.
The papers selected by this channel are all from internationally well-recognized academic journals. Among them, the first batch of scientific news in the first phase of the project comes from well-known journals in the fields of life science and medicine, including Nature, Science, Cell and the New England Journal of Medicine. It is expected that the second phase of the project will be extended to other well-known journals in life sciences; the third phase will be extended to other research areas, and plan to include international conferences and patents.
