h-指数是美国学者Hirsch 2005年提出的用于测评科学家成就的一个新指标[1]，这一兼顾论文的数量和质量评价学者的简单指标一出现就引起学术界的广泛兴趣和高度关注[2]；Braun等随即将h-指数推广于评价期刊[3]。
刚刚结束的Dr. R. Rousseau的讲座“Liang-节奏”和“h-指数”概述了h-指数研究进展，充分肯定了中国人L. Liang（梁立明）和B. Jin（金碧辉）等的有关工作[4-5]。近来我们也正在国家自然科学基金项目支持下系统开展h-指数的理论与实证研究…
