第一海归：晏阳初 晏阳初（1890年−1990年)(英文名：Y. C. James "Jimmy" Yen)， 1918年毕业于耶鲁大学获政治学与经济学学士学位，1920年在普林斯顿大学获硕士学位。1920年回国后在上海和湖南主持平民教育，青年毛泽东曾经作为义务教员参与过晏阳初在长沙的平民教育运动。1926年至1936年晏阳初推行他的乡村教育计划–“定县实验”. 1926年晏阳初与一批知识分子来到河北定县翟城村，推行他的乡村教育计划–“定县实验”。晏阳初认为当时中国农民问题的核心是“愚贫弱私”四大病，提出以“学校式、社会式、家庭式”三大方式结合并举，“以文艺教育攻愚，以生计教育治穷，以卫生教育扶弱，以公民教育克私”四大教育连环并进的农村改造方案。

Instead of looking at what the Apple iPad has, and what can or can not be done with it, let's take a brief look at what it doesn't have, but probably should have: - Webcam. Come on, this is a complete, total, absolute no-brainer. The thing absolutely screams for a webcam. Was the basic unit already so expensive that they couldn't stand the incremental cost?
